Realmente un servicio pésimo. 1. Primeramente solicitamos cambio de refrescos por más de 2 meses, cada semana una excusa diferente y solo echándose la culpa el surtidor y el vendedor. 2. Llegan a entregar el pedido sin factura, quieren dejar a fuerzas una nota no siquiera formal, si no a mano. 3. Pido el teléfono del supervisor y el vendedor pasa su número. Después le llamo y me pasa un teléfono que manda directo a buzón y no atiende mensajes. 4. Nadie contesta en atención a clientes. De verdad que vergüenza da su trabajo, y más en contratos con franquicias como lo es Dominos. Deberían de proporcionar información correcta, mejorar su manejo y formalidad. Espero se comunique pronto conmigo porque me tienen desde hace dos semanas sin refresco.
