Buenas tardes solo para poner una queja..soy cliente de first cash slp. Acceso Norte..y el dia de ayer fui a retirar una laptop y me salio a piso de venta una pantalla..pregunte porque no me habian marcado para unformarme de que ya habia salido a venta y la Asistente Fernanda muy grosera pero grosera me contesto q no era su obligacion llamarme que era mia.. le comente que yo era cliente de ahi y nunca me habian tratado asi,creo que es injusto que no cuenten con personas competentes que por el simple hecho de tener un puesto nos humillen y al personal que tienen a su cargo tambien,mi intención era recuperar mi pantalla pero por el pésimo servicio no lo hice..lamentablemente hasta hoy dejo de ser su cliente ya que jamás me senti humillado como hasta el dia de ayer..espero y hagan algo al respecto y puedan capacitar mejor a sus empleados porque su negocio depende de nosotros y creo q merecemos un buen trato.
